One of the most sought-after player pianos is the Ampico B. And specifically from the legendary Mason & Hamlin brand. By far the majority of Mason & Hamlin’s grand pianos with an Ampico B are built in a model A grand, which is the 170-cm living room model.
This grand piano however is a model AA and is 188 cm long. The extra length gives more power and a fuller sound. Similar to a Steinway Model A of the same length. PianoVisions imported this grand piano from the United States.
Has elegant wood carvings on the cabinet. Beautiful curved wooden legs. In the Queen Anne style.

The grand piano will be restored to like-new condition. After restoration it is worthy of a place in a musical museum.
As far as is known from Mason & Hamlin’s archives, about 20 of these instruments were ever made.
