Steinway & Sons grand piano – model B – 211cm – 1957

This 1957 Steinway & Sons grand piano has been restored to like-new condition. Built at the Steinway & Sons factory in New York.
Length 211 cm. The universal grand piano, ideal size for professional use, but also in the living room.

The following work was performed:

• new high gloss polyester paint in black
• singing bottom spied and repainted
• frame repainted in Steinway gold color
• new original bass string from the Steinway factory,
• new Roslau steel cut
• all felt renewed with original parts
• new original agraffen

The wing mechanism has been completely overhauled:

• new original Steinway hammer heads and hammer stems
• new original Steinway sledgehammers
• new key pad Tharan (all best quality plastic, feels very natural and pleasant)
• all parts leaded and weighed according to the Precision Touch Design method

Completely new damping:

• new damper heads with new damper felt original Steinway & Sons
• new damper body with new damper arms, original Steinway & Sons

This grand piano has 3 pedals. Highly sought after by professional musicians.
