Knabe grand player piano – “Ampico B” – 1934

Grand player piano with the famous “Ampico type B” player system. This Knabe grand piano is one of the last ever built in 1934 in Baltimore.

The grand will be rebuilt to like-new condition. Has a beautiful cabinet in American burr walnut. Gorgeous high-gloss paint. This grand piano was originally sprayed in lacquer too, but it had become completely craquelé. Re-spraying was therefore the only option to restore it.

The Ampico B system will soon be completely restored.
